お客様各位
平素より格別のご愛顧を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、弊社の社員研修旅行に参加した一部スタッフに、感染性胃腸炎（ノロウイルス感染症）が確認されました。
お客様の安全を最優先に考え、4月3日までの予定休館を、4月8日まで延長し休業することといたしました。
なお、現在までに当館からお客様への感染が確認された事例は一切ございませんので、ご安心ください。
複数名のスタッフが同時に発症したことから、通常通りのサービスを提供することが難しく、
また、弊社の理念である「お客様の楽しい思い出づくりのお手伝い」を十分に果たせないとの判断に至りました。
楽しみにご旅行を計画されていたお客様には、大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますこと、心よりお詫び申し上げます。
私どもも、お客様をお迎えできないことを非常に悔しく、心苦しく思っております。
今後は、下記の対応を徹底した上で、全容を明らかにし、安全が確保された段階で営業を再開いたします。
【現在の対応】
- 社員旅行参加者全員へのノロウイルス検査の実施
→ 検査結果は4月7日に判明予定。陰性確認後、勤務再開いたします。 - 館内全館の塩素噴霧消毒（4月7日実施）
→ ノロウイルスは無症状でも保菌・拡散の可能性があるため、安全対策として実施します。 - 営業再開後の健康管理の徹底
→ 陰性スタッフのみで営業を再開し、手指消毒や健康チェックを徹底します。

🏨 Notice of Temporary Closure April 5, 2025
Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you very much for your continued support and patronage.
We regret to inform you that some of our staff members who participated in a recent Employee training trip have been diagnosed with infectious gastroenteritis (norovirus).
In the interest of safety, we have decided to extend our temporary closure until April 8th.
Please rest assured that there have been no reported cases of infection among our guests.
As several staff members became ill at the same time, we believe that continuing operations under such circumstances would compromise the quality of our services.
Moreover, it would prevent us from fulfilling our mission: “to help our guests create joyful and memorable experiences.”
To those who were planning a visit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this may cause.
We, too, are deeply saddened that we cannot welcome you as planned.
We will only reopen once we have fully confirmed the safety of our environment through the following measures:
Current Measures Being Taken:
- Norovirus testing for all employees who joined the trip
→ Test results are expected by April 7th. Only staff confirmed negative will return to work. - Thorough chlorine-based disinfection of the entire facility (scheduled for April 7th)
→ As norovirus can be spread even by asymptomatic carriers, this is a precautionary step. - Strict health monitoring upon reopening
→ Operations will resume with only virus-free staff, under strict hygiene and health control measures.
